Electrical Operations Engineer
Key Responsibilities
1. Operations
Supervise and manage the operation of the power system in the Data Center to work continuously and stably.
Inspection and Monitoring of electrical systems such as MV/LV, UPS, Generator, Switchgear
Analyze system performance data to improve efficiency and reduce risk.
Support compliance with defined SLAs and KPIs.
2. Maintenance & Testing
Prepare and implement preventive (PM) and corrective (CM) maintenance plans.
Inspect and test electrical equipment on a regular basis, such as UPS, Generator, ATS, Switchboard.
Record the results of the inspection and prepare a report on the condition of the equipment.
3. Troubleshooting & Incident Management
Analysis and troubleshooting when there is a failure in the electrical system.
Respond quickly and efficiently.
Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and prepare incident reports.
4. Change & Risk Management
Control and Implement Change Management in the Power System
Risk Assessment before operating operations that affect the system
Strictly follow safety procedures and standards.
5. Coordination
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams
Control and monitor the work of contractors (Contractor/Vendor)
Support related audit and compliance tasks
6. Documentation & Reporting
Prepare operational documents such as SOP, Work Instruction
Daily/weekly/monthly reports are prepared.
Record system data and events in CMMS systems or related systems.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related fields
At least 3 years of experience in electrical systems or data centers
Knowledge of the system:
MV/LV Distribution
UPS
Generator
Switchgear / Switchboard
Able to work in shifts
Have the skills to analyze problems and solve situations at hand.
Chinese/Thai or English communication skills will be an advantage.
