Senior Electrical Operations Engineer
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise the maintenance of the entire MV/LV, UPS, Battery, Generator, ATS/STS, PDU, RPP system.
• Analyze Power Quality, Harmonics, Load Balance and propose improvement measures.
• Prepare and review SOP, MOP, EOP, Switching Procedures for electrical systems.
• Review and approve hot work, switching order, and high-risk jobs.
• Become an Incident Commander when electrical system incidents occur and coordinate escalation
• Lead and develop junior electrical engineers through coaching and training.
• Plan and direct Shutdown, Annual Maintenance and Capacity Upgrade
• Coordinate vendors and device manufacturers to resolve in-depth issues.
• Critical Spare and Asset Health Index Management
• Analyze electrical test results
Education & Experience
Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Power Engineering; Power (Party level and above)
Experience: Experience in electrical/data center work systems of 11 kV and above are preferred.
Technical Skills
• Switching Procedure, Arc Flash Analysis, Selectivity Study
• UPS (Static, Rotary), Battery (VRLA, Li-ion), Generator (Diesel, Gas)
• Software applications such as ETAP, EasyPower, DigSILENT
• Leadership, communication and decision-making under pressure
• Technical level English;
