Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment Support: Assist the business department in clarifying their recruitment needs. Promote the recruitment process and ensure that key positions are filled in a timely manner.

2. Employee Relations: Manage employee labor conflicts and disputes, and maintain good relations between employees.

3. Creating Corporate Culture: Promoting the implementation of corporate culture and corporate values in the business department and creating a positive teamwork atmosphere.

4. Data Analytics: Use HR data (e.g., turnover rate, recruitment performance, employee satisfaction, etc.) to analyze to support data for HR operations of the business department.

5. Risk control: Identify employment risks and ensure that the HR operations of the business department are compliant with laws and regulations.

6. Gain a deep understanding of the business model of the data center industry, and divide the data center business strategy into actionable human resources strategies and plans.


Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher, considering candidates who have graduated from the field of human resource management as a special case.

2. At least 3 years of factory recruitment experience.

3. Fluent in Chinese and Thai Applicants with excellent English language skills are considered in special cases.
