Hosted under the guidance of China's Ministry of Commerce and supported by Singapore's Ministry of Trade and Industry, the conference brought together over 500 decision-makers across the RCEP region to discuss green enabling, regional connectivity, and sustainable economic growth.

  • Cross-Sector     Orchestration: Digital infrastructure providers act as the bridge     between tech and capital. They translate high-density AI requirements into     bankable, environmentally sound projects that investors and utilities can     comfortably support.

2. De-Risking Regional Supply Chains in the AI Era

Scaling AI infrastructure across Southeast Asia depends heavily on supply chain resilience and local alignment.

Speaking at the CEO Roundtable Dialogues on Industrial & Supply Chains, Lynn shared Galaxy Data Center’s on-the-ground experience in building high-density facilities across the region.

Expanding digital infrastructure across ASEAN requires balancing global engineering standards with deep regional partnerships. Lynn highlighted three priorities for operators:

  • Execution     Speed with Governance: Achieving rapid rollout schedules without     compromising site safety or environmental compliance requires     pre-positioned equipment supply chains and standardized modular     engineering.

  • Glocal     Partnership Models: Sustainable growth relies on aligning corporate     roadmaps with local community priorities, municipal grid planning, and     regional talent development.

  • Long-Term     Resource Stewardship: Securing an enduring license to operate means     protecting local utility networks from day one, ensuring that digital     growth brings real economic benefits to host communities.
