Charoen Pokphand Group expressed strong recognition of Galaxy DC’s technological capabilities and large-scale deployment experience in green computing power. The Group noted that as AI applications continue to scale rapidly, the computing power industry is entering a new phase of growth and emerging as a critical enabler of industrial upgrading and digital transformation. With computing power demand in Southeast Asia rising sharply, the coordinated development of green computing power and green energy presents significant opportunities.

Galaxy DC stated that Charoen Pokphand Group is a century-old, globally oriented Chinese-owned enterprise with outstanding strengths across agri-food, retail, telecommunications, e-commerce, and other sectors. Long established in Southeast Asia and the Chinese market, the Group serves as a major driving force behind regional economic and trade cooperation and industrial development. Galaxy DC, as a next-generation digital infrastructure platform purpose-built for the intelligent era and focused on high-growth markets worldwide, has already established a localized team in Thailand. The company is dedicated to delivering efficient, green, and scalable AIDC computing power infrastructure solutions and is advancing green computing power and new energy projects along the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC). The two sides share highly aligned strategic market goals, creating a solid foundation for building regional cooperative partnerships.

During the talks, the two parties also discussed large-scale AIDC construction, sustainable development models for the computing power industry, and the Token Factory business model. They agreed that this model holds the potential to inject fresh momentum into Southeast Asia’s digital economy and represents an important direction for future practical cooperation.

Prior to the meeting, Senior Chairman Xie Guomin, Chairman Xie Jiren, and their delegation toured the Gigawatt-scale Hoyinn (Huailai) Technology Industrial Campus, a hyperscale computing power campus located in Huailai, China. The campus has accumulated extensive hands-on experience in computing-electricity synergy, carbon neutrality, and large-scale AIDC construction and operation, offering a replicable and scalable model for the integrated development of computing power infrastructure and green energy.
